Rehan Alvi is a Sacramento-based real estate investor and the founder and Managing Partner of Alvi Capital, a private investment firm he established in 2012. The firm invests exclusively its own capital, acquiring and holding residential and commercial properties throughout Northern California.

Trained as a physician, Rehan holds a medical degree and has been published multiple times in leading anesthesiology journals. His background reflects a disciplined, analytical approach that carries through to his work in real estate investing.

Outside of his professional work, Rehan enjoys hiking, camping, sailing, and tinkering with technology. He has served in multiple leadership roles at the Muslim Community of Folsom, one of the largest Islamic centers in Northern California, including as President, and currently serves as Trustee. He has also served on the board of Shifa Health Center, a nonprofit clinic providing care to underserved populations in the region.

Alvi Capital is a private investment firm focused on long-term, buy-and-hold real estate across asset classes, including single-family, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, and land.
